Service Description
Our strength and conditioning service is aimed at helping you achieve your physical fitness and sporting goals. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, get fitter, or use strength based training to improve your sporting performance. With my strength and conditioning service you have to choice, you can decide for me to travel to your current gym space and train you, or I can come to your home with training equipment if you prefer home comfort or struggle to travel. All bookings will include 1-1 training, goal setting, check-ins, and personal training plans.






Cancellation Policy
1) Any cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment time will incur a cancellation charge. Fee will be 50% of appointment price. 2) Individual circumstances that will not incur a charge will be at the discretion of the therapist assigned to your appointment.
